The Manager at the Aurora, Colorado location is VERY rude and not helpful. My husband and I stayed at the hotel in April and the service sucked!
The manager needs to be sent back to hospitality training. She yells and screams at the housekeepers and she made my husband and I very nervous. She is an accident waiting to happen.
The keys do not work, the housekeepers do not speak English. There is a tip for Immigration!
The hotel is VERY noisy, DIRTY, Smell like CRAP, poor customer service except for Patience. She’s nice.
Would I recommend this hotel? Not in a million years.

This hotel is about 20 minutes from Denver and more if you have to drive in rush hour traffic. It was clean and the room was suitable for our needs. There isn't much around a fast food place, a gas station and a diner but not much else.
