They have no customer service. I was ignored by the clerk at the front desk and waiting for him to stop talking on the phone with his buddies.
The toilet handle broke on the first night and I had to jury-rig the handle to flush. It was very noisy with their thin walls, I heard stomping, a cat wailing in a room, and a baby crying.
There was no maid service and every night had to go downstairs with my dirty towels to get new ones. They were the worst four nights ever! It was worse than the cheapest motels I have ever stayed in, which was five times better than this place. Stay here and you will be very sorry. The bedding and the couches would give you the creeps to sit on due to the "stains".
