Crestwood Suites Las Vegas

The first room we got was a nice room we requested 2 beds and was given one. The second I sat on the bed and barely leaned back on the head board it fell off!!!! We called front desk and she laughed at us on the phone and said she would check for another room. We get into out new room and its smaller than the first. There was stains and burn marks on the blankets. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The walls are paper thin. Oh and theres no maid service!!! And if you want more towels you have to take your dirty towels to the front to trade them in for clean ones.

I think Hearthside offers an excellent value.
