Crestwood Suites High Point - Page 1

I have stayed at this hotel about 3 times a year for about 6 years now .. I have lots of family in the area and this is a central location to both my mom & dad's side of the family. I choose to stay because I can get up or lay around until I am ready to "visit" during each of my visits. I did notice the hotel starting going down hill in service but what changed my mind was I was driving from MD with my kids after working 8hrs Thanksgiving Eve and I decided I was gonna take a new way to NC ... poor choice because as soon as I hit VA .. I started feeling sick .. stuffy nose and sneezing I finally made it to NC at 2:30 am in the morning & a staff person came out to help me with my 3 kids and luggage and told me he knew I was coming and waited up. I was floored and so happy that customer service is not thing of the past. So although I cant give them a perfect 10 because the rooms are not as clean as I would like .. the service that I rec'vd that night will keep me coming back along with the Food Lion, Sanibel's (Seafood Spot) & my fav cuz'n across the street and Oak Hollow Mall. so mad that Wal- Mart is no longer there.... but hey .....

The comfortable conveniently located kitchenette in the room is nice and clean.

They were able to match another hotel's price. We enjoy staying at this hotel and plan to stay again. It is clean and conveniently located.

The room was larger than I expected and very comfortable. I had to ask for extra towels, but the request was promptly complied with. It was a very pleasant stay.
