For the money, I got way more hotel than I paid for. The suite style rooms are far better than just a room with a bed and tv. The hotel was very clean, well kept, and the staff was very friendly. I spent less than 5 minutes total both checking in ...

OVER ALL I THINK THIS IS A GREAT HOTEL. They were friendly, polite, and gracious . They had no pool so that was the only bad part in staying here with 2 kids.
When I needed directions , they were happy to help. Even when my cell phone quit on me. ...
At the beginning of our stay my wife was bitten by many bed bugs. We woke up the next morning and she had bites over much of her body, dozens of bites. We showed all the bites to DaLana Davenport, the manager, and she took a photo and moved us to another room. Over the next few days the bites on my wife's body got bigger, redder, and just generally very inflamed looking. We went to a doctor twice and got medication. My health insurance paid for most of the doctor bills and prescription medication, but there was a bit less than $100 in co-payments that I had to pay. DaLana made copies of the bills and assured me many times during our stay that Crestwood would reimburse me for my co-payments. It has been many weeks and I have contacted Crestwood many times, but they never reply. Weeks ago DaLana said a VP was involved and he would be in touch and that I would be reimbursed in a few days. Still nothing.
Stay away from Crestwood Suites. They have bed bugs!!!

Positives were the staff was friendly and the location worked for the events we had. The dissatisfaction was in the room itself. We were put in a room that was for the physically challenged. With 4 people, it was difficult to ready ourselves...

Definitely would stay here again. Check in went smoothly and the room size was great. Beds were comfy and the room was clean. The mini kitchen was a nice touch. My only minor complaint was that the room smell a bit musty and the walls are a bit thin....
