Cresthill Suites Albany

The parking lot and sidewalks are not maintained. The lot was slippery and I fell.

Talking to the front desk yielded a polite, "I'm sorry." Nothing was done.

I will never use this hotel or any of its other locations again. It is unsafe and management is unresponsive to guests' safety and needs. While a long-term guest at this hotel, my room was broken into two times! The assumption is that it was the hotel staff who would use guest rooms while they were out. The first time it happened, the damages were minor and the manager at that time was quick to act on it so I continued my stay. The second time, more than enough evidence was left and the room left in an unsanitary condition to prove that the room was used by a couple for a rendevous. Bad enough that that happened, but it took the new management 7 hours and 3 phone calls to respond to my situation. While convenient and moderately priced, there is a lack of security or responsive management at this hotel.

This was my first stay at a Cresthill Suite Hotel, but it will not be my last. The suites are clean and spacious with a delightful welcome basket. It is a great hotel.

The rooms are very nice and the price is good. The pool was dirty. The location is great.
