We visit Syracuse several times a year to see our family. We were staying at another hotel that was noisy and dirty even though it was a Hilton property. I called Cresthill Suites at 1am to see if they had availability. Thankfully, they did and we moved over the next day. The staff is incredibly helpful and considerate. They upgraded our room and without a doubt, it was the nicest and cleanest suite we have ever stayed at. Two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and two bathrooms-and three tv's! Complimentary soda and snacks, free laundry facilities, free internet access, free newspapers, free breakfast completed the great deal. Truly, I wish we needed to stay longer. We will never stay anywhere else when we visit Syracuse.

This hotel is a known commodity. Low prices, somewhat sterile but well maintained and clean with excellent amenities (continental breakfast, internet)considering the prices.
