Given the reputation of this resort, I was extremely disappointed to discover that our room dirty and had cracked tile around the bathroom tub. Save your money.

Everything was excellent. The facilities, the staff and the restaurants were terrific and the grounds were beautiful. The area has so much to offer. I would recommend it unequivocally.

I LIked the Cranwell, I personally stayed in one of the cottages, away from the Larger part of the Hotel. It was very private, but you could see obth pools.

The Cranwell Resort drips with high class, it’s truly an outstanding experience. I had the honor of staying in the Mansion, which is the preferred location of all of the building. The restaurant, service, and the setting are the best of western Massachusetts has to offer.

The Spa was wonderful, everyone was very friendly, helpful and professional. The rooms and common areas were always very clean and to a high standard that you would expect at this sort of place. I would tell anyone to visit.......
