Set in amazing scenery this is a real gem. The rooms are luxurious, the staff are really friendly AND the Quaich Bar is like a library of single malt whisky, the way the bottles sit on shelves around the bar. Books with tasting notes make for interesting reading. The restauarnat was also superb. The Hotel offers free use of their mountain bikes that you can ride along the speyside way to explore some of the distilleries. Macallan, Glenfiddich, Glenlivet, to name a few, are near by and the couperage where the whisky barrels are made is definiety worth a visit.
