We planned a six day stay at the cozy cove resort? We were very disturbed at the lack of cleanliness in our unit. The floor was actually filthy, cooking utensils still had the previous occupants cooking grease on them, there was popcorn and nuts under the hide a bed. The bedding was inexcusable, torn raggedy blankets with burn holes; the sheets were full of holes and did not fit the bed. The toilet and tub had not been cleaned, and the kitchen sink was totally disgusting and actually had a dead smell to it. We purchased Clorox and disinfected the sink. They really need to learn how to clean rooms as what they charge is not shown at all in their housekeeping. Sorry you lost our business.
