36 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure

We went to Cozumel Palace in July of 2007. There was no "wow" factor when you first walked into the resort. I thought I was going to be very disappointed based on my first impression of the resort. Thankfully, I was very impressed. The service was fantastic. The resort was so small that the staff could remember faces and waited on us hand and foot. We never went thirsty at the pool and the restaurant staff was terrific. My son loved a meal from one of the restaurants but couldn't get it in another. They went over to the other restaurant and ordered it for him and brought it to him while we ate off the other menu.

The dive shop staff was very helpful and made our dives worth while.

I thought the price of the resort was very affordable and our experience was better at the Cozumel Palace than it has been at some 5 star resorts.

This hotel is an all inclusive resort overlooking the Caribbean ocean in Cozumel, Mexico. The rooms are very spacious with beautiful views and they include a jetted hot tub and a mini bar, included in the room rate. The food is amazing and presented beaut

This hotel made me feel null: The entire staff was so friendly and attentive that we felt extremely welcome and respected.

I am not likely to return to the Cozumel Palace.
I would not recommend it to friends.
