The 1 bedroom, 1 bath units are 757 SF, more than double the size of other condo rental units in the area. Full size and fully appointed kitchen, spacious family room, computer game station, plasma televisions, brand name appliances, granite countertops, jetted tub/shower, and master bedroom with richly appointed king size bed and a private lanai.
