The girl at the front desk had a very bad disposition. When we arrived to check in, she was counting money. We told her we had a confirmation number and she didn't even look it up. I had to give her the number myself. While she was checking us in, she proceeded to help a customer on the phone while we were waiting at 10:45 P.M. We reserved a smoking room, but when we got up to our room, we discovered that it was a non-smoking room. The manager had to come up to my room to give a key to a smoking room. Then, we had no problem.
