How would you like to pay close to $250 per night for a hotel only to find that after your room was "cleaned" they didn't change the sheets on your bed or supply you with ANY towels? The managment actually let the hotel run out of clean linens and towels. How does a chain such as a Marriott let that happen? The staff were semi-friendly, never did see a smile. We were across the hall from the employee break room and had to listen to the doors opening and closing loudly at all hours. I would never recommend this hotel or stay ever again. The management has the attitude of "it wasn't my fault, what do you want me to do about it?" Very poor customer service. Not a good way to keep a customer. By the way - we just stayed in August of 2007.
