We attended a wedding and reception and we stayed at the Marriott in Vaughan, and we were happy that we did.
The room was close to the reception hall, and it was driving distance to the Vaughan Mills Mall. For those who enjoy to shop, then we recommend going there.
The staff at the Marriott were friendly and you could tell that the hotel was always maintained by the cleanliness inside and outside. Our stay also included a buffet breakfast which wasn't bad. The breakfast did keep us full as we drove the next morning and shopped at the Vaughan Mills mall. Breakfast included the standard bagels, bread, fruit, cereal, milk, juice, coffee, and muffins. There was also a menu of additional items that you could order and pay separately.
For those who drive, there is enough parking spaces available, and it's a short walking distance to the front doors. It rained when we arrived, so not having to look for parking and not have to walk long distances in the rain was a relief.
If you're in the Vaughan area, and need a place to stay, then we recommend the Marriott.
