60 year old with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
By far one of the best experiences that we have had while visiting any city in the United States. The staff, rooms and location were beyond expectations. The king size bed was the center piece of the room and lived up to its name in comfort. Located only blocks from Broadway shows, museums, historical sites, fine restaurants, all kinds of entertainment, Red bus tours, subways and the list seems never ending. The staff was there around the clock and apparently had service first as there mantra. They were always available and always ready to help. This is a must stay place when in New York City.
This hotel made me feel Welcome: The staff met us at the curb as we exited the cab from the airport. Walked us to the front desk where the check in crew waited on us without pause. We were informed about the hotel amenities as well as all freebies that were included in our stay. Our baggage, which was plenty as we had just returned from two weeks in Israel, got to our room before we did. Our entire stay while visiting New York City was punctuated with the staffs desire to be of assistance.
