Courtyard by Marriott Tigard Hotel - Page 1

My company had reserved a meeting room for 16; the sales manager had placed the group in a suite that would only accommodate 6-8 after assuring me the location was more than acceptable for our meeting.

I was not identified as a Marriot Rewards member and did not receive credit for the stay, even though I gave the info to the front desk.

It was very comfortable but disappointing as it has no dinner or room service on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday evenings. This was difficult for me as I am disabled.

The hotel's location was ideal for freeway access and close to friends' house. It was the second time we stayed there. It's next door to a Sweet Tomatoes Restaurant, which we love.

This hotel made me feel important: It has a welcoming staff. They answered questions as to directions to shopping.

The hotel has a very helpful and friendly staff. It's a clean and well maintained facility. It has an excellent pool, spa, and exercise room. It has easy access, and is close to the freeway.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: It's a comfortable, secure facility with good amenities.
