75 year old with a moderate budget, traveling for business
I arrived much earlier than expected and a room was made available within a few minutes so that I could start taking medicine and rest for my surgery the next day. It is within five minutes of Tampa General Hospital. The service and comfort were excellent. The desk called the room to see if I was comfortable and to ask if there was anything else they could do for me. It far exceeded my expectations.
This hotel made me feel Respected: They regarded my age and condition and all the personnel involved were attentive and helpful to their fullest ability.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Courtyard Tampa Downtown.
