It’s convenient, close to shopping, and has a courteous staff.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: There was no pressure, it was a relaxed atmosphere.

The location was good. The comfort was fair, but the bed was too hard. The room was very clean.

I arrived much earlier than expected and a room was made available within a few minutes so that I could start taking medicine and rest for my surgery the next day. It is within five minutes of Tampa General Hospital. The service and comfort were excellent. The desk called the room to see if I was comfortable and to ask if there was anything else they could do for me. It far exceeded my expectations.

This hotel made me feel respected: They regarded my age and condition and all the personnel involved were attentive and helpful to their fullest ability.

The rooms were unexpectedly comfortable. The stay, while short, was enjoyable. Overall, I had no issues with the hotel.
