Awful

The rooms were nice - the desk staff was surly

50 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

This is a lovely hotel that is conveniently located near many malls, restaurants and attractions, but I have never been so rudely treated by hotel personnel in my life. I can guarantee that with such treatment, my husband and I will think long and hard before staying there again.

He had just signed up to become a Marriott Rewards member and then to be treated like we were was simply embarrassing for the Marriott chain. The Courtyard by Marriott hotels are our absolute favorite hotels and we try to stay in them whenever we travel. I would give this hotel a negative star rating! Treatment like this should be reported!

I am not likely to return to the Courtyard by Marriott Suwanee.
I would not recommend it to friends.

Very good experience, as usual.

This hotel made me feel respected: The suwanee staff go out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I've been to this location for 6 separate stays this year (the other 5 by my choice) and thwe staff is beginning to recognize me when return and treat me very well.

I am very likely to return to the Courtyard by Marriott Suwanee.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Friendly staff , extra clean.

This hotel made me feel secure: Central locking system , entry past desk.

I am very likely to return to the Courtyard by Marriott Suwanee.
