Courtyard by Marriott Santa Ana Hotel

This is a great location and a wonderful Courtyard hotel. The staff was friendly and efficient and willing to help out with requests right away such as extra towels and early check in. The location was prime since it was a quick three minutes drive to the I-405 freeway and just a quick jump over to the South Coast Plaza Mall. I liked the fact that it was comfortable, clean and quiet since it was away from the freeway and Harbor Blvd was dead quiet at night.

This hotel made me feel important: When I entered the facility, I was greeted and when they looked up my record, they thanked me for repeat business and told me they would be more than happy to accommodate my room with a refrigerator. They addressed me many times by name, recognizing me as I entered and exited the hotel. The staff was lovely and friendly, even though it was a holiday weekend and they had to work.

The facilities were as expected. The location was not the most convenient for me. The Orange county hotels are overpriced in general.

I love staying at the Courtyard. I never have any problems, everything is great!

The hotel was close to shopping. It had very friendly staff. They were willing to go out of their way to make my stay pleasant.

This hotel made me feel respected: They were very courteous. They made me feel very important.

This hotel has comfortable and clean rooms. Walking to many very good restaurants is easy, and check in/out was very fast.
