Courtyard by Marriott Rock Hill Hotel

I liked the location. It's close to restaurants and shopping, some within walking distance. The service was friendly and the breakfast area was nice and free at that.

It's a friendly, nice hotel and has a good location.

Courtyard is always clean, always very fast with their reservations. You are made to feel at home and like the staff wants you there. If there is a problem of any type the staff is very apologetic and does everything in their power to compensate you for any problem without you asking for such compensation. You feel like you are valued as a customer and friend. The information books in their rooms are usually very informative about where to go and what to do in the area and if you don't find what you are looking for there, you will find what you need at the front desk with the staff.

I appreciated the service, except for the part where I got a previously-smoking room when I booked a non-smoking room.
