I was disappointed that no conditioner was included in the room and I had to get it from the front desk. I will probably stay at a hotel that has a restaurant inside, so I can eat dinner when I arrive late without having to get a taxi.

This was our first visit. I was pleased overall. My only disappointment was the lack of a hot breakfast for the holiday weekend. Also, as I frequently travel with my dog, it is unlikely I would be able to stay at a Courtyard again.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: Very attractive room decor, there was enough pillows and towels, a comfortable bed, and the room was clean with darkening drapes.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Courtyard by Marriott Richmond.
