It’s higher priced than other Courtyards. The staff did not help me locate my membership number.

This hotel made me feel secure: The rooms seemed safe and the staff seemed attentive.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Courtyard by Marriott Richardson.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The staff was great.

This hotel made me feel respected: The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I am not likely to return to the Courtyard by Marriott Richardson.
I would not recommend it to friends.
