Courtyard by Marriott Pontiac Hotel

The room was very clean and even though we choose a smoking room, the room did not smell like an ashtray like most rooms we have stayed in that has been a smoking room. I felt very safe in the location we were in and did not worry about my car being broken into outside. The staff was great.

Manager was arrogant and refused to accept a coupon that was listed in their magazine found inside the room.

This hotel made me feel respected: The staff were probably the friendliest have ever encountered.
