I was very displeased with the service. And even though I sent in an e-mail describing the problems, I have yet to receive an e-mail with anything more than a general 'we are passing this info on', and it has been over two weeks.

This hotel made me feel secure: There was a security entrance at the front of the 'village'.

I am not likely to return to the Courtyard by Marriott Orlando.
I would not recommend it to friends.

Lower class clientele were rowdy at the pool with no one there to watch them.

This hotel made me feel secure: Gated security guard at entrance, and closed parking areas.

There was a dirty glass left in the room when we checked in, and the ice machine could not keep up with the demand on our floor.

This hotel made me feel secure: Well lit lot, locked side entrances, 24 hr staff, sturdy door and locks.
