The night receptionist was not only not willing to do her job but was caught in many lies. Due to her laziness my wife and I lost half a nights rest and were extremely dissatisfied with the experience.

I could not check in until after 6pm. I had a 1pm arrival time. House cleaning could not clean the rooms.

They had a breakfast buffet, but did not serve any other meals, nor did any of the hotels in the group.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The people at the desk were very helpful, and the entire staff was accommodating.
