The toilet handle was broken. I needed to manually fix it each time to keep the toilet from running constantly.

37 year old woman with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to help find locations, directions, etc. The hotel bar was great and open long hours. This was a great location, restaurants, shopping, and personal services such as a nail salon, are within walking distance.
This hotel made me feel welcome: The front desk staff was very nice and efficient and offered a nice bag of goodies upon arrival.
