I went to Courtyard with my friends last year when they booked a great deal package online, they served buffet breakfast next morning. They also provided us with a dinner voucher. Although there isn't any falls view rooms available, you can literally walk for 5 minutes and get there. The staff were very courteous and friendly. The location is amazing as it's in the heart of Niagara Falls entertainment district called Clifton Hills.
Also, rates are very reasonable throughout the year, there is a TGI Fridays near by and many other restaurants. Also, this is to my knowledge the only hotel in Niagara falls area to offer free parking.
