This hotel made me feel important: I was greeted as a return customer and after the front desk rep saw that I was a silver member, I was allowed to check in 5 hours before regular check in.

I really like the hot buffet breakfast. The TV could have more channel selections.
This hotel made me feel secure: The staff was concerned about the safety of staff and guests.
