It was okay but the check-in was slow. The room was okay, not spectacular. Miami was beautiful.

62 year old man with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The hotel is in a seedy location, and it was overpriced for that part of South Beach. It had expensive parking. Erratic housekeeping staff spoke little English. But the front desk and parking attendants were very friendly and helpful.
This hotel made me feel respected: It has a very polite, attentive front desk and parking attendants. It has a smiling staff.

I liked the hotel quite well. However, I lost my prescription glasses somewhere on the property, and had great difficulty getting anyone to help me look for them. The hotel blamed the on-location eatery, and the eatery kept telling me they didn't have them. Anyway, live and learn.
