It was recommended by a close friend of mine, I decided to give it a try while I was in Toronto for a vacation. First impression was neat, small and quiet since it 's located at north of Toronto in markham. The interior design was a bit out of date in my opinion, but that's fine, since it is not an important factor to judge a hotel for me. They do provide many services that you can find in a four star hotel, like free internet, gym, spa, swimming pool, pay movies, satellite tv, etc. Its location is also a good reason to stay there. I simply can't find a reason to complain for the price i paid while i was there.

Rooms are nice and large. Bed is clean, soft and comfortable. I really like this hotel as the price is very reasonable. We bid on our rooms and we can get rooms for around $35-50. A great deal! There is a spare sofabed and can accomodate 4 people easily. The hotel is relatively new, so most things are very clean. The location is fairly convient, just off highway 7. It is across from lots of restaurants and eateries. Internet wi-fi is also free, which is convient. No breakfast is included in the price, however, there is a snack shop in the lobby. Free computer access in the lobby as well. Overall, nice hotel, basic amenities, clean, large rooms, great price (go to Priceline!). Stayed there multiple times, would return!
