Courtyard by Marriott Los Angeles Hotel - Page 2

It was a typical Courtyard. It was nice, clean, and comfortable as expected.

We were not notified that the hotel was undergoing renovations. We could not use the restaurant or the ATM.

The hotel was very nice and clean. It was in a convenient location.

We only stayed overnight but we got picked up at the airport with no trouble and dropped off at the airport with time to spare.

When I am flying out of LAX airport I always stay at this Courtyard hotel, the service is five star and the rates are very good! I would recommend any of my friends or family to try a Courtyard hotel.

Everything was fine except that the room had just been redone, we were the first to stay in it and there was still plaster and dust in the sink. The staff arrived in minutes to clean it.

This hotel made me feel respected: The staff was incredibly friendly and they treated us as though we were VIP's.

I really enjoy this hotel, it's easy to navigate, has a great price, and is very clean. Also, it is easy to park at.

Everything was fine and the hotel is close to LAX.

I thought the location was really good and close to Beverly Hills. It was very clean and being remodeled when we were there. Their continental breakfast had a very good assortment of food and was very relaxed, but also very good service. The bellhops were very cooperative and helped us whenever we asked a question, and were so courteous when we came or left with our rides. I would go back to that Courtyard by Marriot if I had a chance to go to Los Angeles again.

The kitchen was being remodeled; the breakfast was scaled down to almost nothing.

This hotel made me feel important: I got a preferred room keycard and my room preferences were noted.

It's close to the airport and has a wonderful steak house.

I liked the great location, good service, good prices. I have stayed here several times.

I stayed only because flights were delayed and I missed the connection out of LAX; I did not have time or inclination to use most of the hotel facilities and ate only one meal at a hotel restaurant. Everything was pleasant and as expected, except that the quality of that one meal was surprisingly poor.

I truly enjoy this company. I know what to expect, and they always deliver what I expect and need. Out of loyalty, that is why I stick with this company.
