Courtyard by Marriott Lincolnshire Hotel - Page 1

I thought the hotel was easy to find off the highway. We had a problem with the toilet and someone came to fix it immediately after we called. They have good customer service.

The hotel was fine, in a good location for us. We did not stay but one night.

I have been preferring Marriott brand over others for 20 years (once a Platinum member) but I recently learned from Courtyard in Lincolnshire that their policy linen change policy changed from every day to every fourth day, unless requested otherwise.

I complained and left message two times the hotel manager never even bothered to reply. The hotel maintenance was only average and at $170 per night rate and uncaring hotel management, I would choose Hilton brand over Marriott these days.

It was a perfect location less than five minutes away from where we needed to be with convenience to shopping and access to different expressways. I liked the comfortable room, the pleasant and efficient staff.
