It was great. It lived up to Marriott standard and we are loyal Marriott users.

I am very likely to return to the Courtyard by Marriott Jacksonville.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

All the staff was extremely helpful and courteous.

This hotel made me feel respected: The staff went out of their way to accommodate any request.

It was in a strange location, but a very nice hotel. It's a great value for the price paid.

This hotel made me feel practical: It had an easy check-in process and easy access to and from the room. They supply two pillows per bed which was great because it eliminated the need to contact the front desk.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Courtyard by Marriott Jacksonville.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
