Courtyard by Marriott Irving Hotel

It was a large suite with comfortable beds. They had clean rooms but a poor workout room.

It was staffed with friendly people and it was near Texas Motor Speedway.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The staff was friendly and helpful. They were always welcoming when we entered the lobby.

The front desk staff was atrocious on the Saturday morning of my stay. They were very rude, unprofessional and unhelpful.

The desk clerk was very nice and helpful. There was no formal bar or cafe on the premises and there was not a lot to do in the immediate area except for corporate facilities.

This hotel made me feel respected: The desk clerk was very helpful in recommending outside entertainment in the surrounding area.

The hotel was adequate, certainly nothing special. I was disappointed that there was no breakfast provided as the Marriott Residence Inns provide. I will probably not stay at Courtyard again because of this.
