Courtyard by Marriott Henderson Hotel

This hotel has an issue with "charges" or holds on credit cards. My company paid for my hotel room and taxes. I used my own card for incidentals. They charged my card 5 different times during my stay of 7 nights for a total of $178.25. 5 separate charges!

Again, this was not for any room or taxes, only for the "extras". I had to utilize the hotel phone due to leaving my cell behind. Just to call and tell my spouse to call me cost $5.93!! I used $63.00 of incidentals, I'm checking out tomorrow, I wonder how much more they will charge me by then!

My wife and I often stay at this hotel when we are visiting our daughter and grandchildren. It was slightly inconvenient this last trip as the hotel was undergoing a major redecoration, however the redone room was very nice. I especially like the availability of the high speed internet service. We do not use the hotel restaurant as it is too expensive as compared to others just across the street. The room prices have also risen to a point at which they may turn us away from further stays.

The hotel staff was great, and the hotel's location off the Strip was good for the business purpose. But it was still close enough to easily enjoy the sights and such of the Strip. It was very close to many restaurants.

This hotel is centrally located for the area we wanted to visit. The staff and services were exceptional.

The service, location and comfort were good. The hotel restaurant had a very good breakfast setup.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: Although it is located by a busy street, the room was quiet.
