the greeting you recieved from the front desk was not friendly at all the two older women that works at the desk stare at you with not a smile on their faces and very rude. the young pregnant lady was very nice and smiles she made me feel very welcomed even when i was leaving the hotel at any time she would smile and wish me a great day the other women would just stare at you walking out of the door very very very rude i i called down for something and the way she answered the phone was horrible very rude and sarcastic very un pleasant stay

My newlywed husband and I stayed at Courtyard on our honeymoon. The hotel was one of the nicest I think I have ever stayed in. The staff was so friend. The only bad thing that happened their was the toilet overflowed, but they said they would take care of it. The other thing I loved about the hotel is the bathroom was huge, not like alot of hotel's with the small bathroom's and the fitness room. That is awesome...

The hotel's location is difficult to get to because it is on a busy divided two-way highway. Desk personnel did not have a procedure or know how to handle traveler's checks. There was no small refrigerator in the room -- not everyone wants to eat out.

I found a huge bug in the bathroom, and my wife hates bugs. I informed the front desk and gave the bug to the attendee. My wife wanted to leave as she was very upset. No one from the hotel staff addressed the situation or talked to my wife.
