They had some kind of weekend retreat going on the same time we were there. I think whoever charged the extra night's 'no show' thought we were part of that group when we checked-in (we were actually attending a college reunion instead).
This hotel made me feel respected: They resolved problems quickly. When we had breakfast before leaving, they found the way to get it and put it properly on our room bill. After we got home and discovered they had mistakenly charged two nights instead of one, the manager fixed the problem for us.

This hotel made me feel welcome: They were very attentive. My daughter and I stayed there because of the indoor pool. They brought us extra towels on several occasions.
