It had an excellent staff and the breakfast buffet was outstanding.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The staff was always smiling.

I am very likely to return to the Courtyard by Marriott Greenville.

22 year old man with a economy budget, traveling for leisure

The service was excellent. There was a small problem with the room we were in the first night and the management not only moved us to the room we had booked but even upgraded our room for the rest of our stay and gave us the original price. I would definitely stay there again.

This hotel made me feel elegant: The facilities were very nice even though parts of the hotel were under construction and renovation. When we had family over for Christmas it felt good to have space for them to relax as well.

I am very likely to return to the Courtyard by Marriott Greenville.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

43 year old man with a moderate budget, traveling for business

The air conditioner system was horrible and erratic. The bathroom was not very clean. The ice machine didn't work.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The bed was comfortable. Otherwise, the air-conditioning drove me to distraction.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Courtyard by Marriott Greenville.
I might recommend it to friends.
