I have asked for a year for an update to the exercise room for the exercise bike to be repaired /replaced. I was promised a replacement in early 2008. Nothing has happened. If you plan to work out on your trip, the equipment in the exercise room is out of date and often broken.

Good rooms, very friendly, caring staff. But the management refuses to service, update the machines in the exercise room. It is an exercise room by title only. I have asked for a year for the exercise bike to be fixed. No luck. And I go in every two weeks. If they won't assist me, they will assist no one.

The hotel was quiet and the staff was friendly as well as efficient. I found the room comfortable and I appreciated the computer setup conveniences. There was a twenty four hour snack area and a microwave available in the lobby as well as a mini refrigerator in the room.

This hotel made me feel respected: The staff was respectful in their encounters with me. They were patient with questions and they were very friendly.

I like Courtyards for their consistency.

I had never stayed at a CBM hotel until March. It was only after our dissatisfaction with another hotel, not affiliated with any Marriott chain, that my sister and I were able to book that the CBM hotel with the help of a travel agent by phone at another hotel earlier that day. The location was convenient, and the amenities were more than I expected it to be, partly because I don't usually stay at a place that is way above what I usually pay for. The CBM hotel exceeded my expectations.

This hotel made me feel respected: The people were professionally attired and treated the guests with dignity. The room was professional looking.
