Courtyard by Marriott Fort Lauderdale Hotel - Page 1

This hotel is located close to cruiseport and airport. The drivers for the shuttles are very helpful. The front desk clerks need a little more training on helping guests. We arranged to stay there 2x's as we were going on a cruise. The Breakfast Buffet was a little pricey but only place in area if you have no transportation. We had requested a wake up call and never recieved it. We did get up in time but we were rushed and did not get to have some breakfast as we had to take the shuttle to the airport. There is a Restaurant within walking distance is a seafood place. Went there twice and totally two different experiences. The hotel grounds and entire hotel including rooms were in excellent condition and clean.

The location was ideal for our purposes. The staff was highly professional and friendly.

This hotel made me feel respected: The staff made eye contact when talking and they listened intently.

I had no problems, they are very consistent in all the areas. There were no bad surprises and I liked the fair pricing.

It was very comfortable and secure. The staff was very cordial and willing to transport my family to a restaurant and pick us up. The staff is very friendly.
