Courtyard by Marriott Florence Hotel - Page 2

This hotel made me feel comfortable: I really enjoyed staying at the courtyard by Marriott. The hotel chain consistently has comfortable, clean rooms. They have a delicious breakfast buffet that is free for business travelers. The rooms are always spacious and elegant.

I was very pleased. The price of $30.00 plus tax was a pleasant surprise booked through Priceline.com. The total cost was approximately $41.00 including taxes and fees, which was very reasonable.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The gas fireplace in the lobby was warm, the hotel was warm in contrast to the cold outside. The beds were clean and smelled good and clean, and were firm but not too hard, and were consistently even, not lumpy. The room was spacious for a family of four.

They were friendly, clean, and quite professional.

This hotel made me feel welcome: They called me by name, and made extra efforts to accommodate me for things they had not anticipated because I did not make the reservation myself.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The room was clean and the staff was attentive to my needs.

I choose this hotel and location each time I am on my way to Florida because it is a little more than 1/2 way there and it has a nice indoor pool and Jacuzzi. They do not provide a complimentary breakfast, which I would prefer, but they do provide beverages.

I enjoy and respect the Marriott name and facilities.
