The Courtyard was very accommodating for me. The staff is by far the best staff I have ever witnessed, always friendly and very professional. Rooms were great also!

It was good value, clean, comfortable and it had a friendly staff.

This hotel made me feel respected: They called me by name, they greeted me in a friendly manner and they were polite.

The hotel is convenient to my family, it has a good price and a friendly staff.

They have great front desk service. I have the Gold level status and I received an upgrade to a whirlpool bathtub. It was a pleasant surprise.

This hotel made me feel hip: The lounge made me feel hip and cool.

One of the beds in my room was dirty. The clerk did not change the bedding. I had to do it. A cup from the previous person was left on the front counter near the sink. The washcloth was dirty and placed on the bathroom counter. One of the glasses was used. The lighting was not very good for the size of the room. They were cleaning the room before we even checked out. I was not able to go back and use the pool or the weight room since they took all of the towels from the room. I would have used those facilities if I were able to take a shower when I was done.
