I was entirely satisfied with my stay. The location was excellent, the staff was courteous, and the room was great.
This hotel made me feel respected: They treated me like a human being rather than a customer.

Our stays at this hotel have been of consistent quality. They are in a great location and close to the attractions in Dearborn. Their breakfast buffet is very good and if you book the 'stay for breakfast' option through Marriott's website, it is a good value.

Their breakfast costs are too high. I would prefer a complimentary continental breakfast, or better yet, a complimentary full breakfast like Residence Inn.

I like Courtyard by Marriott. It's always clean, and have a courteous staff. They're always helpful with special requests.
This hotel made me feel respected: Courtesy and little things like free newspapers, breakfast buffet.

We stayed at this hotel, first of all it was the day after the big power outage and there was no water, so they put two bottles of water in the room and if you used them they were going to charge you $2 each.

The hot tub was broken, the chair in room was broken, and the TV remote was broken.
