Courtyard by Marriott Dearborn Hotel

I was disappointed that the hotel did not have a bar. The location was okay, very clean, but there was not much in the neighborhood.

The staff was very friendly and polite even though I showed up at the wrong location. My reservation was for up the road from that location, but they contacted reservations and transferred the information and took care of me, and that was very thoughtful, helpful, and most appreciated.

I was entirely satisfied with my stay. The location was excellent, the staff was courteous, and the room was great.

This hotel made me feel respected: They treated me like a human being rather than a customer.

It was as expected. They have a good breakfast.
