The staff was very friendly, and even called cab for me to take me to the pier for my cruise…there was no need for me to make an extra call.

Our reservation was made over a month in advance through AAA and we received an email copy. When we got to the Courtyard, the rate was stated to be $10 higher--we showed the copy and were given the original rate, without so much as a 'sorry about that.'

I appreciated the friendly and competent staff, the clean and comfortable facilities, and the efficient and hospitable place.
This hotel made me feel relaxed: The general environment helped me to relax after a long day of travel. My room was clean, comfortable, and located conveniently in relation to the exercise facilities, the pool, and the restaurant. The staff helped me to get settled and generally helped me with directions.
