36 year old man with a economy budget, traveling for business

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Its price was right also. If you go, you will be treated well.

I am very likely to return to the Courtyard by Marriott Columbia.
I might recommend it to friends.

This is an older hotel, quiet, a little hard to find, but had easy access to major interstates.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Courtyard by Marriott Columbia.
I might recommend it to friends.

The pool was drained. My room preferences were not honored. My silver status was not honored or mentioned.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Courtyard by Marriott Columbia.
I would not recommend it to friends.

56 year old woman with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

I appreciated the professionalism, kindness and helpfulness of the staff. But the hotel was not as clean as I would have liked.

I am very likely to return to the Courtyard by Marriott Columbia.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
