The hotel had a good location for business.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Courtyard by Marriott Charlotte.

50 year old woman with a economy budget, traveling for business

They were very personable and they catered to the guests. I had an emergency and I had to leave unexpectedly. They assisted me in any way they could.

This hotel made me feel pampered: They gave me numbers of rental car services. They did not make me pay for my breakfast.

I am very likely to return to the Courtyard by Marriott Charlotte.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
