59 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

The overall service was satisfactory. The rooms were cleaned daily. The restaurant only served breakfast. It was a nice selection but not attended well by the staff. There was a pool present but it was not available to be used, the reason for which I was not told.

I am very likely to return to the Courtyard by Marriott Broadway.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

I liked the convenient location. I used my Marriott points for the stay.

This hotel made me feel welcome: We checked in late and were very tired. The desk agent was great and helpful!

I am very likely to return to the Courtyard by Marriott Broadway.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
